I Can Create The Life That I Want...

What's been really powerful is that whole idea that I can create the life that I want... and I don't need to answer to anyone else about the changes that I make in my life. That's been incredibly liberating. I have gone deep into some issues from my past. I felt like I had addressed them then realised that, no, I hadn't and it's quite liberating to go through that process. I've learned to let go of a number of things that I didn't realise I needed to let go of. Some of those are relationships and I'm still in the process of letting go of those and it feels good to be on the path to doing that.

The program has given me a kick up the bum when I've needed it. I don't get enough of in my life. So that's been something that's been really good. It’s allowed me to go, “you know what, you can do better than this, or let's work through this”, and it’s allowed me to go beyond where I thought that I could go.

I needed to be challenged but at the same time feel very safe, secure, and understood

Before I started the course I wanted to find a new direction in life. I had lost my father and was going through a lot of grief and didn't know what to do with it or how to move on. I was also stopping working full time in our business and was experiencing the beginning of an empty nest as my daughter was just finishing her HSC.

By going through the daily exercises on Howard’s 28 Day Journey program, I started to formulate directions, and realise what I wanted. I was able to stop functioning, according to what I used to do, what I was supposed to do and work out what I actually wanted to do… and begin to live that way!

To be able to “move on” I needed to be challenged but at the same time feel very safe, secure, and understood. I've done quite a bit of therapy and self-improvement courses and what I valued in Howard’s program is the way he carefully created an environment where I could let go of the facade and feel safe going deeper. 

And that's the environment that Howard provided every time in zoom sessions and in the way he explains and puts the progression of the questions in place. I think it's very important and very unique. Thank you.
